Residential customers: All new enquiries please call the main office on 01733 964954 . We will ask some basic questions about your property and send you an email containing the information necessary to book a site visit or to get you a quotation which will normally be emailed to you within two working days.
Our opening hours are 8am to 4pm. Monday to Friday. Should you want to collect samples , please call first to book a time. Please be patient with us as we can only allow 1 person or a couple in our offices at any one time. During the "Covid-19 lockdowns" we have continued working from both warehouses in Watford and Peterborough whilst observing all social distancing regulations.
Initial Site surveys are only available for those living within 20 miles from Peterborough or close to Watford Herts , who are deemed vulnerable or unable to use a smart phone. When a member of our staff does survey your property, all government guidelines related to social distancing must be respected. He/She will have a short time allocated on site to take photos and measurements and asses the enabling works and scaffolding needed to do the works.
To book an EWI installation slot a bank transfer is preferred and our bank details are on your Quotation. Alternatively, you can call us for a card payment over the phone. This is fully refundable in case of any Covid 19 issues, including redundancy or in event of any available grant application being declined. Our office staff and surveyors will help you with any customer service before, during or after your installation takes place as well as any technical information you might need.
All ongoing commercial rendering projects, please call your designated site foreman on his mobile. Any drawings should rather be sent to this email address info@greencontractors.co.uk and the surveyors will work on them as soon as they can.
